Jonathon has spent over 25 years sending millions of viewers to digital video content and has been driving audiences to OTT Networks like Tubi, Pluto and more. Jonathon is former Head of Marketing for MGM, Starz Movie Channel, and Founder of Ripe TV and Apricot Corp. He believes all good marketing starts with good relationships...and relationships with Superfans, audiences, distribution platforms and content creators are what makes for successful brand awareness, monetization and growth.

Barry GordonOffice of CEO
Barry is a disruptor and forward thinking business executive with over 25 years of successful experience in entertainment/media, marketing management, content acquisition, distribution, and production. Besides a deep background with major players like Image Ent. and The Weinstein Company, he has founded, led and operated channels on new OTT/DTC distribution platforms including Amazon, Roku, iTunes and Google Play, and is a producer and independent content supplier to top media platforms including Netflix, NBC Universal, Starz, and others. He believes in giving life to quality stories in a broad reaching and significant way.

Jake is the resident technical guru and content management systems expert, managing the content ingestion and content construction, programming and distribution for all of BEC's technology. He has an expansive background in product management and operations, and is also involved in the company's video promotion and creative. He's the guy with the magic touch to solve any problem with a smile.

Digital media and branding expert, Amiera, has worked for multiple companies building and rebuilding their brands and digital market presence. Specializing in social media video/photo marketing, online marketing and content operations, she has worked with influencers and companies across all platforms and currently works on the BEC team both on the content ingestion side as well as marketing and social media.

Jason R. LathamMarketingJason R. Latham is a content marketing and communications strategist, Emmy-winning television news producer, project manager, and freelance journalist with more than 20 years of experience in the broadcast and digital media industries. Jason has served in leadership roles at NBC, FOX, and CBS affiliates as a member of Meredith Corporation, Cox Media Group, Hubbard Broadcasting, and Intermountain West Communications; and he has produced content for leading entertainment, luxury hospitality, gaming, academic, and health and wellness brands. As a freelance journalist, his byline has been featured in, among others, MRC, Modern Luxury, Sophisticated Living/Williams Media Inc., and Penske Media Corporation publications.

Beth StittSocial Media ManagerBeth is a social media manager, content creator, business consultant, and digital product creator. Her background also includes podcast management, copywriting, and graphic design. She currently manages social media activity and engagement, coordinating with the team on seasonal campaigns, guest interviews, and various other promotions.

We're just a couple of former Studio and TV channel execs who got tired of the "old school" system keeping influencers, tv producers and brands from bringing their stories to consumers directly on TV. So we got together, hired an A-class experienced operational team and built a channel-launching, audience-attracting, money-making, factory to partner with content owners like you.
