Jonathon Barbato has spent more than 25 years sending millions of viewers to digital video content and has been driving audiences to OTT  Networks like Tubi, Pluto and more. Jonathon is former Head of Marketing for MGM, Starz Movie Channel, and Founder of Ripe TV and Apricot Corp. He believes all good marketing starts with good relationships...and relationships with Superfans, audiences, distribution platforms and content creators are what makes for successful brand awareness, monetization and growth. ​​

Barry Gordon is a disruptor and forward thinking business executive with more than 25 years of successful experience in entertainment/media, marketing management, content acquisition, distribution, and production. Besides a deep background with major players like Image Ent. and The Weinstein Company, he has founded, led and operated channels on new OTT/DTC distribution platforms including Amazon, Roku, iTunes and Google Play, and is a producer and independent content supplier to top media platforms including Netflix, NBC Universal, Starz, and others. He believes in giving life to quality stories in a broad reaching and significant way.

Jacob Gordon oversees product management, operations, and digital distribution for BEC’s content portfolio. He is responsible for coordinating content ingestion, channel programming, platform asset delivery, and the exchange of content and promotional assets with distribution partners while also leading the company’s video editing and post-production efforts. Jacob’s expertise in content management systems and media operations helps keep BEC’s content flowing seamlessly across multiple streaming platforms.

Jonathan Adjei supports content operations, channel programming, and digital distribution across BEC’s portfolio of streaming networks, helping manage platform assets, content delivery, and day-to-day operational workflows. A graduate of Western Washington University with a background in sales, marketing, and copywriting, Jonathan brings a detail-oriented approach to media operations and content management.

Jason R. Latham develops the programming, positioning, and promotional strategy for BEC’s portfolio of FAST channels, including content curation, sales materials, marketing campaigns, and media communications. An Emmy Award-winning broadcaster and digital media executive, Jason brings more than 20 years of experience helping media brands build audiences through compelling content, strategic storytelling, and innovative programming.
